Investor Services Center.
Upgrades to standard, premium, and BYO booth packages
will incur additional costs.
The CCC 2025 Exhibit Hall is carpeted, therefore booth packages
do not include carpet.

Each 10' x 10' Exhibit Hall footprint includes^:
1 exhibitor-only registration Exhibitor company name listed on the CCC website and in the CCC app Access to Exhibit Hall receptions, lunches and health breaks 24-hour professional security Initial one time only booth cleaning after setup Metrics package* 1 electrical outlet*

Standard Booth

Each STANDARD 10' x 10' booth package includes limited customization options (chairs and accessories). Additional fees for customizations will apply and be billed to your organization directly from GES.

Standard Fabric Booth

This STANDARD 10' x 10' booth package includes a full fabric back (in lieu of two panels) with limited customization options (chairs and accessories). Additional fees for customizations will apply and be billed to your organization directly from GES.

Bring Your Own (BYO) 10' x 10'
$7,450
If you wish to bring your own booth, this 10' x 10' BYO booth package allows you to ship, install and tear down your own booth this year.*
All BYO booths must be reviewed and approved in advance**. Floorplans and booth specs must be submitted for review to ccc-exhibits@ccs.ca no later than August 15, 2025.
N.B. This price is for the Exhibit Hall “footprint”. A carbon offset of $10/sq. ft. is included in the purchase of BYO floor space – 100% of these proceeds will be put towards carbon offsets such as planting trees.
*Cost of booth, shipping, installation and dismantle, etc, will be the responsibility of the exhibitor, and will be coordinated and billed through the CCC 2025 Exhibit Hall vendor, GES.
