Exhibit Hall Features

Immerse yourself in a showcase of posters displaying the latest research and advancements. Come meet the authors of the displayed abstracts. Check the schedule to find out when authors are presenting. Learning from poster presentations may qualify as Section 2 Self-Learning activities; you may claim 0.5 credits per poster viewed with a documented learning outcome.

The CCS IDEA Lounge, made possible by AMGEN  

The CCS IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) Lounge, made possible by AMGEN, provide delegates the opportunity to engage with IDEA leaders and champions through moderated discussions and conversations.

This year, the following events will take place:

HubTalk Sessions

Hub Talk Sessions take place in Theatres 2 & 3 as follows. Hub Talk Sessions are sponsored learning activities and are not part of the CCC 2025  accredited program developed by the Scientific Planning Committee and do not qualify for Maintenance of Certification Section 1 credits.

Career Fair

Friday, October 24 

The Canadian Cardiovascular Congress will include a career fair to connect those who are hiring with delegates who are job seeking. Taking place from 5:30 pm to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24, the Career Fair offers exceptional networking opportunities, along with refreshments.

Evening Networking 

Friday, October 24
Unwind and network with colleagues while enjoying a selection of wine and hors-d'oeuvres at a Women in Cardiovascular Medicine and Sciences Networking Event taking place from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in Theatre 2 in the Exhibith Hall. Join Dr. Sharon Mulvagh and other leaders including Dr. Lisa Welikovitch who will receive the 2025 CCS Women in CV Medicine Mentorship Award.

CCC 2025 Lunches

Thursday, October 23 to Saturday, October 25
Lunch will be served from 12:15pm to 2:00pm in the Exhibit Hall. Take advantage of several networking opportunities, including the IDEA Lounge, Oral Abstract Presentations, the CCC 2025 Poster Gallery, and Hub Talks.

Sponsored by Egg Farmers of Canada - the 9:30am break on Friday October 24 will offer egg-based food options. Refuel in the Exhibit Hall then and learn how eggs make meals better at booth #16.

CardioQuest

Thursday, October 23 to Saturday, October 25
Attendees can explore the exhibit hall and participate in CardioQuest by scanning QR codes at various exhibitor booths. Each QR code unlocks a question, and by answering these questions correctly, participants can collect points. The more points they gather, the better their chances of winning one of the highly sought-after prizes!

The White Coat Warm heART Exhibit at CCC 2025 takes place in the lobby just outside the Exhibit Hall, featuring diverse artwork in various mediums by members of the medical community—including physicians, residents, fellows, students, and faculty. Attendees are invited to bid on the displayed pieces, and all proceeds from the auction will be donated to the CCSA. The exhibit highlights creativity and unique perspectives through art forms such as painting, photography, sculpture, poetry, and more. Preview the available pieces.
