This program will provide clinicians with up-to-date insights into the evolving pharmacologic management of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Through real-world case discussions and a multidisciplinary lens, participants will explore strategies to optimize care coordination, enhance clinical decision-making, and improve patient outcomes. The program will also highlight the importance of incorporating patient perspectives to support shared decision-making and strengthen adherence to therapy.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of this session participants will be able to:

Evaluate the latest advancements in pharmacologic treatments for obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) conditions, incorporating emerging evidence into clinical practice;
Assess multidisciplinary and team-based strategies for managing patients with HCM using real-world patient scenarios to improve care coordination, clinical decision making, and clinical outcomes; and
Apply the patient perspective in shared decision-making to improve patient-centred care and treatment adherence
