Dr. Laura Marie Drudi is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the CHUM. She completed her medical training and vascular surgery training at McGill University, Master`s of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Occupational Health at McGill University, fellowship in complex peripheral endovascular surgery in Belgium and a Diploma of Implementation Science at UCSF.
She has over 70 publications centered on amputation prevention as well as wellness and burnout in the vascular surgery workforce. Dr. Drudi is also an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, having served on several committees for the Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS), including the SVS Wellness Task Force and the SVS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Her work extends beyond research and clinical practice, with active participation in community
engaged research to improve healthcare experiences for patients and marginalized groups.
