Dr Marie-Eve Piché is a Cardiologist in preventive cardiology based in Quebec City at the Quebec Heart and Lung Institute working on women heart health, cardiometabolic diseases, cardiometabolic imaging, with a focus on metabolic treatments for cardiovascular recovery. Her work has been recognized evident by winning the “Cardiometabolic Research Award” from the Canadian Cardiovascular Society in 2020. She is the co-Director of the advanced imaging platform from the Quebec Heart and Lung Institute Research Centre. She is a fellow from the Council on Lifestyle and Cardiometabolic Health of the American Heart Association and she is part of the Scientific Advisory Committees of the 2021 Canadian Cardiovascular Society Guidelines for the Management of Dyslipidemia and for Heart Failure.
