Dr. Ryan completed a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Ottawa followed by medical school at the University of Toronto. She went on to complete internal medicine and cardiology at McMaster University and is now an electrophysiology fellow at the Libin Cardiovascular Intistute in Calgary. She has an interest in stem cell modeling of amyloidosis.
