Léa is completing her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, specializing in cardiology, at the University of Montréal.
She completed her bachelor's degree in health at the Université Paris Sud (2015), validating it following a three-month virology internship at Ibn Sina Hospital in Rabat, Morocco.
Following a year of academic exchange at the University of Montréal, she completed her master's degree in fundamental research (2018-2020) at the University of Montréal ("Development of an animal model of cardiogenic shock for the evaluation of percutaneous ventricular assist devices").
In 2021, she started her Ph.D. with a strong interest in coronary physiology, microcirculation and women’s heart health at the University of Montréal.
