Karine Ouellette is a fourth year medical student at Université de Montréal and a research assistant with Dr Pierre-Emmanuel Noly's team at the Montreal Heart Institute. She completed a bachelor of science with a major in Pharmacology at McGill University. Her research interests include cardiac surgery outcomes in relation to perioperative parameters and the role of novel biomarkers in cardiac pathology.
