El Hadji Diallo is a PGY-6 cardiology resident at the Université de Montréal. He completed his medical degree at the Université Laval and his internal medicine residency at the Université de Montréal. His clinical and research interests focus on cardiac electrophysiology, arrhythmia risk prediction, and cardiovascular outcomes research. El Hadji has been actively involved in research initiatives at the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM) and the Montreal Heart Institute (MHI), where he is also pursuing a Ph.D. on the prediction of arrhythmias in genetic cardiomyopathies. He will continue his training with a fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology. At the 2025 Canadian Cardiovascular Congress, El Hadji will present two posters, introduce a workshop on ventricular tachycardia, and has contributed to seven abstracts, including four as first author.
