Electrophysiology Fellow

Jason is an Electrophysiology Fellow at the Montreal Heart Institute. He completed medical school at the University of Toronto, followed by Internal Medicine at Western University and Cardiology at the University of British Columbia. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Health Professions Education through Maastricht University (MHPE-Canada/Western University), with the goal of developing expertise in leadership and curriculum development. Prior to medical school, he earned a bachelor’s degree in jazz performance (trumpet) from McGill University.
Beyond music and medicine, Jason is a father, avid hockey fan, owner of a French Bulldog, enjoys baking, and reading 20th-century English fiction. He has served as the trainee representative on the CCS Advocacy Committee, Climate Action Committee, and Trainee Program Planning Committee, and now serves as the Member-in-Training representative for the Canadian Heart Rhythm Society (CHRS).
