Dr. Stephanie Poon is a cardiologist and Associate Professor at the University of Toronto. She is the Medical Director of the Heart Function Clinic at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Dr. Poon is Vice-Chair of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS) Heart Failure Working Group and serves on the CCS Heart Failure Guidelines primary panel, Continuing Professional Development Committee, and Advocacy Committee. She is a member of the Canadian Heart Failure Society Board of Directors and the physician lead for the Ontario Health Cardiac Services Table Heart Failure Working Group.
