Dr. Matthew Ades is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at McGill University and a vascular medicine and thrombosis specialist at the Jewish General Hospital. He obtained his medical degree from McGill University, where he also completed residency training in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in General Internal Medicine. He went on to complete a clinical fellowship in Vascular Medicine at McMaster University. Dr. Ades is Co-Director of the Cardiovascular Prevention Centre, with a clinical focus on atherothromboembolic disease and vascular risk reduction. He also holds a Master’s degree in Health Professions Education.
