Dr. Seana Nelson completed her undergraduate and master’s studies at the University of Toronto, where she conducted stem cell research under Dr. Andras Nagy. She earned her medical degree from Queen’s University, then undertook residency training in Internal Medicine at Western University, where she served as Chief Medical Resident. She went on to complete a fellowship in Cardiology at Western, followed by a subspecialty fellowship in Cardiac Prevention and Ambulatory Care at the University of Toronto under the mentorship of Dr. Beth Abramson, which she completed in June 2025.
