Allison MacIntyre is a fourth year medical student at the University of Ottawa and is a member of the CCS Trainee Programming Planning Committee. She did her undergraduate studies in health sciences at the University of Ottawa. Allison has a strong interest in pursuing cardiac surgery and is passionate about medical education, having been an Executive Member of the uOttawa Surgery Interest Group where she organized and facilitated educational workshops about numerous surgical topics. She has also done research in the field of cardiovascular health. Outside of medicine, Allison spends her time going for walks and caring for her pet rabbit.
