Dr. Teng is a member of the cardiac surgery team at Kingston General Hospital and is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Queen's University. She is a part of the Minimally Invasive Mitral Valve Surgery, MitraClip and Transcatheter Mitral Valve Programs.
Dr. Teng attended medical school at the University of Toronto and went on to do her cardiac surgery residency at McGill University. During her fellowship at East Carolina Heart Institute, she trained in minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgery.
