Maya D’Angelo is a PGY-2 internal medicine resident at McGill University. She completed medical school at Université de Montréal, where she started working on research on preventative cardiology. She is interested in pursuing a career in cardiology, with an interest in research and teaching. Current research projects are in the fields of adult congenital heart disease, coronary artery disease, cardiovascular diseases in kidney disease, as well as prevention and screening.
