Dr. Masri heads the Cardiomyopathy Section at the Knight Cardiovascular Institute in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Masri is the Director the Cardiac Amyloidosis Program and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Center at Oregon Health & Science University where he is also an Associate Professor of Medicine. Dr. Masri obtained his medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan prior to joining the Cleveland Clinic where he completed Internal Medicine Residency training. He later joined the University of Pittsburgh where he completed Cardiology and Cardiac Imaging fellowships and obtained a graduate degree in Epidemiology and Statistics. Dr. Masri leads a multidisciplinary translational, imaging, and clinical research program which focuses on cardiomyopathies.
