Learning Objectives:

At the end of this session participants will be able to:

assess and stratify cardiovascular risk in diverse patient populations, integrating traditional and emerging biomarkers, imaging findings, and patient preferences to inform individualized prevention strategies;
develop and implement evidence-based management plans for primary and secondary prevention of ASCVD, including optimal use of lipid-lowering therapies, antiplatelet agents, and novel pharmacological options post-ACS; and
formulate comprehensive approaches to reducing cardiovascular risk in patients with obesity, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease, emphasizing early intervention with pharmacologic and lifestyle therapies.
