assess and apply current evidence to guide the management of aortic stenosis, including the selection between TAVI and SAVR in patients with varying risk profiles and anatomical considerations;
differentiate between surgical and transcatheter options for severe symptomatic mitral regurgitation, integrating patient comorbidities, anatomical factors, and evolving data to inform individualized treatment strategies; and
develop comprehensive management plans for patients with aortopathy, incorporating optimal imaging surveillance, genetic and cascade screening, medical therapy, and multidisciplinary follow-up.
