Cardiology resident
McGill University, Canada
I am currently a cardiology resident at McGill University, with prior training in internal medicine at
the Université de Montréal and a year in family medicine. Throughout my medical training, I have
been deeply engaged in clinical research, with a focus on improving cardiovascular care. Many
of these projects have led to first-author publications and presentations at national and
international conferences, including the Canadian Cardiovascular Society, the American College
of Cardiology, and the European Society of Cardiology.
In parallel with my clinical and research activities, I have remained actively involved in academic
leadership and teaching. I currently serve as a resident representative for McGill cardiology
residents in the Association des Cardiologues du Québec (ACQ) and am a member of a
cardiology simulation committee. I’ve also had the opportunity to moderate sessions at national
congresses, teach small group cardiology sessions to pre-clinical medical students, and
contribute to various committees related to resident wellness, admissions, and curriculum
development.
My goal is to integrate clinical excellence, research, and medical education to contribute
meaningfully to the evolving field of cardiology.
