Dr. Christopher White obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Winnipeg in 2005, and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Manitoba in 2009. He completed his residency training in cardiac surgery at the University of Alberta in 2018, during which time he also obtained a PhD in Physiology and Pathophysiology at the University of Manitoba. He then embarked on a clinical fellowship in cardiothoracic transplantation and advanced mechanical circulatory support at Duke University, a world leader in the surgical treatment of advanced heart failure. Dr. White is currently an adult cardiac and heart failure surgeon at the New Brunswick Heart Center, in Saint John New Brunswick.
