Workshop Description: This workshop is part of a new 6-hour interventional cardiology learning track entitled CAIC-ACCI@CCC2025 to be held on Friday October 24, 2025. This 60-minutes session will be dedicated to coronary physiology and intracoronary imaging (IVUS and OCT) through case-based discussions from 3 emerging leaders in the field. This interactive session will allow speakers, panelists and the audience to share their thoughts and experience regarding the use of physiology testing and intracoronary imaging to tackle various coronary pathologies.

The session will be delivered with a new bilingual format. Speakers will deliver their presentation in French with the support of a slide deck in English. Questions and interactions will be possible in both languages.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of this session participants will be able to:

describe the indications for coronary physiology testing in patients presenting chest pain syndromes;
discuss the role of intravascular ultrasound to improve the performance of complex PCI; and
evaluate the importance of optical coherence tomography to decide on optimal tools to use when performing PCI.
