Kim Anderson is an adult cardiologist and hold a position of Assistant Professor at the QEII-Halifax Infirmary Hospital, Dalhousie University. She is the Medical DIrector of the Heart Transplantation and HEart Failure Program, the Head of the Heart Failure Research Group and the Director of the Cardio-Oncology clinic at QEII-Halifax Infirmary. SHe is the CO-Chair of the Nova Scotia Heart Failure Network.
She did her medicine and cardiology training at Université de Montréal and then completed a fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure, Transplantation and Mechanical Circulatory Support at UHN-University of Toronto. She holds a MSc in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Care Research from University of Toronto.
When not at work, she enjoys spending time outside in the beautiful nature of Nova Scotia, hiking and kayaking with her partner.
