Dr Julie Lemieux is an hemato-oncologist. She obtained her specialty diploma in 2003 from Univsersité Laval. She did a breast cancer fellowship and a Master in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Toronto. She is now an Associate Clinial Professor at Université Laval. She is the Director of the Centre des Maladies du sein Clinical research unit and works as an hemato-oncologist at the CHU de Québec.
She is on the Quality of life committee and on the Breast cancer committee at the CCTG Canadian Cancer Trials Group.
She is on the scientific committee of the Metastatic Breast Cancer Registry of the McPeak-Sirois consortium for clinical research.
She is partipates to many clinical trials in breast cancer as a co-investigator or local Principal Investigar.
Her interest in research focuses on quality of life, management of cancer treatment toxicitie, artifical intelligence, breast cancer and use of real life data. She has published in peer-review journals and she is co-investigator on CIHR grants.
