Dr Christopher Yu is an early-career cardiologist at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, Toronto General Hospital, specialising in cardio-oncology and echocardiography. He completed his medical degree at Imperial College London, followed by internal medicine and cardiology training in Sydney, Australia. His postgraduate training includes a National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) scholarship-funded PhD at the University of Sydney in advanced cardiac imaging in cardio-oncology, prior to undertaking a CIHR-funded fellowship in cardio-oncology at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre. His research interests in cardio-oncology include risk prediction using cardiac imaging and randomized clinical trials.
