Workshop Description: This workshop will involve a case-based discussion regarding post-cancer therapy surveillance and management of patients with breast, prostate cancer, and lung cancer. These cancers are chosen as breast and prostate cancer are the most common cancers in women and men, respectively, and lung cancer is the most common cancer with pre-existing CVD and at highest risk of new diagnosis of CVD during/post therapy. A 7-minute case presentation will be followed by an 11-minute discussion led by a panel of experts, with interaction with the audience. The session will focus on who needs surveillance, who should perform surveillance, strategies targeted for therapies, and a multidisciplinary approach to managing cardiovascular disease. The session will close with the key take-home points for the audience.
